သုတေသနနှင့်တီထွင်ဆန်းသစ်မှုဦးစီးဌာန၏ ရည်မှန်းချက်များမှာ အောက်ပါအတိုင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်-
(က) နိုင်ငံအကျိုးပြု သိပ္ပံနှင့်နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ သုတေသနနှင့် ဆန်းသစ်တီထွင်မှု လုပ်ငန်း များ ဆောင်ရွက်၍ နည်းပညာလွှဲပြောင်းခြင်းနှင့် ဖြန့်ဝေခြင်း၊ နည်းပညာအကြံပေး ခြင်းများဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
(ခ) သိပ္ပံ၊ နည်းပညာနှင့် ဆန်းသစ်တီထွင်မှုဆိုင်ရာ သုတေသနလုပ်ငန်းများ ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် နိုင်ငံတကာ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ ဒေသတွင်းအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ ပြည်တွင်း အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ သုတေသနစင်တာများ၊ တက္ကသိုလ်များနှင့်စက်မှု လုပ်ငန်းများအကြားသုတေသနနှင့်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေး လုပ်ငန်းများ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
(ဂ) နိုင်ငံတော်၏ ရင်းနှီးမြှပ်နှံမှုနှင့် စီးပွားရေးမှုဝါဒများကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးသော မြန်မာစံချိန် စံညွှန်းများချမှတ်ခြင်း၊ အရည်အသွေးကိုက်ညီမှု စစ်ဆေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းများ အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
(ဃ) ခေတ်မီဓါတ်ခွဲစမ်းသပ်ခြင်းဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများကို ရည်ညွှန်းဓာတ်ခွဲခန်းအနေဖြင့် မှန်ကန်တိကျစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
(င) လူ့စွမ်းအားအရင်းအမြစ် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးကို အထောက်အကူပြုသော သိပ္ပံနှင့် နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ လက်တွေ့အသုံးချ နည်းပညာသင်တန်းများ စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ပို့ချ ပေးရန်၊
(စ) နိုင်ငံတော်၏ လူမှု၊ စီးပွား၊ ပညာ၊ ကျန်းမာကဏ္ဍဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် ပြည်တွင်း၊ ပြည်ပနှင့် ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ သတင်း အချက်အလက်နှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ရေးနည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ သုတေသနလုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊

According to the program, the opening remarks were made by Dr.Phyu Phyu Win, Director-General of the Department of Research and Innovation. 2 months agoLaunching Ceremony of Project on Strengthening National Quality Infrastructure and Implementation of National Certification Body for Certifying Products, Processes and Services and Stakeholders Engagement Forum on Standards and Quality for Trade Facilitation and Industry Development was held on 15 February 2024 at Mercure Hotel, Yangon. Ministry of Science and Technology, Union Minister H.E. Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw was attended and delivered the opening speech, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, Counselor Ms. Qiao Li told that the project will be very important for Belt and Road Initiative project, which is being implemented by the People’s Republic of China, for trade facilitation and support the development of the industrial sector between LMC member countries.
