သုတေသနနှင့်တီထွင်ဆန်းသစ်မှုဦးစီးဌာန၏ ရည်မှန်းချက်များမှာ အောက်ပါအတိုင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်-
(က) နိုင်ငံအကျိုးပြု သိပ္ပံနှင့်နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ သုတေသနနှင့် ဆန်းသစ်တီထွင်မှု လုပ်ငန်း များ ဆောင်ရွက်၍ နည်းပညာလွှဲပြောင်းခြင်းနှင့် ဖြန့်ဝေခြင်း၊ နည်းပညာအကြံပေး ခြင်းများဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
(ခ) သိပ္ပံ၊ နည်းပညာနှင့် ဆန်းသစ်တီထွင်မှုဆိုင်ရာ သုတေသနလုပ်ငန်းများ ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် နိုင်ငံတကာ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ ဒေသတွင်းအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ ပြည်တွင်း အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ သုတေသနစင်တာများ၊ တက္ကသိုလ်များနှင့်စက်မှု လုပ်ငန်းများအကြားသုတေသနနှင့်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေး လုပ်ငန်းများ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
(ဂ) နိုင်ငံတော်၏ ရင်းနှီးမြှပ်နှံမှုနှင့် စီးပွားရေးမှုဝါဒများကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးသော မြန်မာစံချိန် စံညွှန်းများချမှတ်ခြင်း၊ အရည်အသွေးကိုက်ညီမှု စစ်ဆေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းများ အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
(ဃ) ခေတ်မီဓါတ်ခွဲစမ်းသပ်ခြင်းဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများကို ရည်ညွှန်းဓာတ်ခွဲခန်းအနေဖြင့် မှန်ကန်တိကျစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
(င) လူ့စွမ်းအားအရင်းအမြစ် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးကို အထောက်အကူပြုသော သိပ္ပံနှင့် နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ လက်တွေ့အသုံးချ နည်းပညာသင်တန်းများ စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ပို့ချ ပေးရန်၊
(စ) နိုင်ငံတော်၏ လူမှု၊ စီးပွား၊ ပညာ၊ ကျန်းမာကဏ္ဍဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် ပြည်တွင်း၊ ပြည်ပနှင့် ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ သတင်း အချက်အလက်နှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ရေးနည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ သုတေသနလုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
(ဆ) လူ့စွမ်းအားအရင်းအမြစ်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးအဆင့်မြင့်သင်တန်းများ ဖွင့်လှစ်သင်ကြား ပေးခြင်းဖြင့် သတင်းအချက်အလက်နှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ရေးနည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ သုတေသန လုပ်ငန်း များဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုး တက်လာစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊

11 months agoThe opening ceremony of the China - Myanmar Cooperation Symposium on Metrology was held by National Institute of Metrology (Myanmar), National Standards and Quality Department, Department of Research and Innovation, Ministry of Science and Technology and National Institute of Metrology-China on September 21 st in 2023 at the Melia Hotel and Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw, Union Minister, Ministry of Science and Technology addressed the opening remarks. ISO/ IEC 17025:2017 Awareness Training
11 months agoThe Department of research and Innovation held the "ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Awareness Training" at the assembly hall ,Department of Research and Innovation on September 13 and 14 ,2023 and Dr. Phyu Phyu Win ,Director General ,Department of Research and Innovation, gave an opening speech. The ISO/IEC 17025:2017 awareness training was held for the preparation of laboratories to be accredited laboratories in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 international standard.
